This book is written in the form of one-on-one coaching experience between me and you.  Although I did research on goal-setting for this book, it’s not an academic book about goal-setting.  It’s a coaching session where I share proven tools and strategies to help you achieve your goals.  I love coaching and helping others, and I want you to use me as your coach to help you live your best life!
